Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
